How to migrate from the old app MeetMe to the new one?
The new MeetMe app is available from 4 December and
requires the resetting of the outdoor panels and guard unit.
In order to perform the reset, please contact your installer, building administrator or
official Fermax service in your area.
If there is more than one person sharing the home, only 1 of them has to perform the migration and will become the owner of the home.
The other users need to be invited by the owner in Home settings (gear icon) > Invite users.
Follow the steps to migrate to the new MeetMe app:
1. Without deleting the app you already have installed, go to your app market (Play Store or Apple Store) and download the new MeetMe app.
2. Sign up for the new app by clicking on "Sign up" (the old app used the credentials of the monitor to log in, not an email).
It is not possible to register an email using the dash (-) symbol. Please use another email address that does not incluide this symbol.
3. Follow the steps of the app, indicating that you are already a MeetMe user.
4. All information associated with your account will be automatically transferred to the new MeetMe app without you having to enter the licence of your Fermax units.
5. Once you have completed the above steps, you can delete the old app and enjoy the benefits of the new version.
If there is a secondary door or additional IP cameras, you need to activate them from the home settings (gear icon).
