[MEETME] How to add and set up a home in the MeetMe App
In this article we explain step-by-step how to add a home and set it up correctly in the MeetMe app.
The steps you need to follow are as follows:
Registration and login
Before you start check that you have an account on the application, if you don't have one you need to register on the MeetMe app. To do this:
1. Open the application on your mobile or tablet.
2. Enter your email address and create a secure password.
3. Once registered, log in with your credentials.
4. You will be taken to the home menu, where you can start configuring your home.
Add a dwelling
1. Click on "Add home" from the main menu.
2. Enter the licence number and password that appear on the label attached to the front of the Fermax monitor or on the licence you have purchased.
3. Click "Next" to link your licence.
4. Personalise the name of your home. For example, you can call it "House", "Office" or any name that helps you to identify it easily. Once linked, the property will appear in your app.
Checking call forwarding
To make sure that everything is working properly:
1. Make a call from the outdoor panel.
2. You will see the image on your mobile.
3. You can pick up, talk to the visitor and open the door.
