SIP panel integration: Port configuration with Meet server and door opening with the MeetMe App
Port configuration with the new Meet server
After migrating to the new MeetMe app, with the SIP panel we have to look at which transport protocol they use.
- With UDP, the port is the same (5060) and just needs to be reset.
- With TCP (default option), the port must be changed to 5223.
- With TLS, the port must be changed to 4443.

You will need to log into the webserver and change the port settings depending on whether you use TCP or TLS.
Opening the door with the new MeetMe app
Main door opening
In order to unlock with the new app, it is necessary to have Security Settings > Output Settings > Select the desired output (Output1/Output2) > Trigger by SMS > unlock_main activated.
Since firmware 5.8 it is activated by default. You can download the firmware file from the product sheet on the fermax.com website.
Secondary door opening
Additionally, if we want to control the second SIP board relay we will have to repeat the steps for Output 2, using in this case the SIP message "unlock_sec".
