How can I reset the Meet outdoor panel?
To complete the migration of the app and ensure the correct functioning of the new app, it is necessary to perform a restart of the outdoor panels and guard units (if any). Below you will find the options available to carry out this restart:
- From the outdoor panel's webserver (if you have access): you will need to know the access password configured by the installer, the webserver can be accessed through the IP of the outdoor panel, with a browser such as Chrome.
- If the outdoor panel is PoE (powered by RJ45 connected to the switch): simply disconnect the network cable to cut the power and proceed with the reboot.
- From the switch dedicated to the video door entry system in the electrical panel: you can perform the restart by turning this switch off and on.
If you prefer, you can also contact your installer, your building administrator or official Fermax Service in your area.
