Door opening is not working in the DuoxMe app
If the door fails to open in the app, follow these steps to identify the problem and be able to fix it:
1. Verify that the opening is functioning correctly from the physical monitor
Before testing the functionality in the app, you need to ensure that it is working correctly on the physical monitor.
To do this:
1. Press the videocamera button on the monitor and wait for the video to appear on the screen.
2. When you have video, press the blue key button to open.
3. Check that the door has opened correctly.

2. Chech the settings in the app
Once you have verified that opening from the physical monitor works correctly, you need to review the app settings. There are two ways to open the door in the app:
- From the main view (without video)
- While watching the video
Try opening the door with video to check if you need to enable another door in the app:
- Open the app and press the video camera button.
- When you see the image on the video intercom, press the key button to open.
If the opening works this way, to fix it you need to enable the corresponding door from you need to enable this door from Settings > Home tab > Main Doors in order to open it without video from the main screen. For more information, see: What are main doors in the app?
