How can I set up Siri or shortcuts with the app? Can I open the door with my Apple Watch?
The DuoxMe app supports the Siri ecosystem, allowing you to access some of the app's core functions through shortcuts and voice commands.
You can invoke Siri to perform the door opening, by saying something like:
"Hey Siri, open Main gate in DuoxMe"
"Hey Siri, open Main gate"
On the Apple Watch, it is also possible to open the door via the created Shortcut.
How to set up Siri with the DuoxMe app
Here are the steps to follow to carry it out:
1. Go to the DuoxMe app > Settings > Home tab > Main doors and check the doors you have enabled. From here, you can add the iOS Shortcut for the enabled front door you want to open.

2. Press the Add to Siri button above the door you want to open with Siri or from Shortcuts.
From here you can also change the name of the door, "main gate", "garage", "yard"...
3. The system will ask you to confirm the voice phrase to open the selected door with Siri. If you are not satisfied with the voice phrase suggestion, you can change it.
It is advisable to use a simple phrase that is not misleading:
"Hey Siri, open My Gate"
"Hey Siri, open Gate"
"Hey Siri, unlock Main Gate"
4. Once confirmed, a confirmation icon will appear in the DuoxMe app and the Shortcut will be created in the iOS Shortcuts app:
5. Now, you can run the newly created Shortcut from the Shortcuts app or via Siri and the voice phrase you have set:

If you no longer wish to use the created shortcut, you can remove it from the iOS Shortcuts app or from the DuoxMe app by tapping on the Add to Siri > Remove Shortcut:
