You can register your installation at any time on the portal. You will be able to view the details of the installation once the installation has been consolidated and at least all the panels have been installed and configured in their final position. Therefore, once the installation has been completed and within 24-48 hours, the data will appear on the portal.
You can register via the myconnect.fermax.com portal by scanning the top label of the 73910 amplifier with your mobile phone, which includes the registration QR.
If it is not possible to make the registration at the installation, it is recommended to take a photo of the serial number either from the packaging or from the Connect amplifier module itself on top of the skyline module before installing any of the outdoor panel.
Is it necessary to register all Connect amplifiers in the same installation with multiple panels?
No, only one of the installation is registered, preferably the lowest level outdoor panel in the configuration (with address closest to the 0 of General Input or 0 of Block).
