When should the information in MyConnect match the actual installation?

Within 24-48 hours of completing the installation, the information displayed in MyConnect should reflect what is installed: outdoor panels, home terminals and concierge units.

The MyConnect information is updated after the Connect amplifier completes a full synchronisation, which happens automatically every day in the early morning (between 02:00 and 05:59).
