Why are some devices not showing up in the installation or are disconnected?
If after 48 hours some devices still do not appear in the installation or appear as 🔴disconnected, check the following possible causes:
• Lack of synchronisation. if the installation has not been idle long enough or the nightly synchronisation (between 02:00 and 05:59) has not been performed, the data from the devices will not be uploaded to the cloud. You can check the date of last detection in MyConnect.
• Power failure: during synchronisation, the power consumption of the outdoor panel increases and, if the power supply is not sufficient, there may be a power failure that prevents the process from being completed.
• Connect outdoor panel and device version: if the Connect amplifier or devices do not have the minimum required version, reporting of these devices may fail.
• Internet connectivity: if the outdoor panel currently loses 4G coverage and has not been able to update its current status.
• Data problems on Duox bus: regenerators, couplers or interference may prevent communication.
• Device malfunction: the power LED does not turn on and the device does not work.
Why does the phone show as disconnected?
The monitors have a processor that allows them to report automatically to the Connect outdoor panel, so they usually appear without user intervention. However, phones with hardware older than version 44 are only synchronised when someone has used them in the last 7 days. If no call has been picked up (and held for a few seconds, not hung up instantly) from the home, these phones will not show up in the installation or will go to 🔴disconnected status. Check the date of the last detection.
