Can I mix Connect and No-Connect panels in the same installation?
Connect and No-Connect panels are compatible with each other, but FERMAX does not recommend mixing Connect and No-Connect panels in the same installation for the following reasons:
- Different user experience in terms of call forwarding in the DuoxMe app.
App users will not have call forwarding from the No-Connect panel, but they will from the other Connect panels. - Inability to update equipment that uses No-Connect panels.
- Inability to perform remote management, cloud registration and other advanced functions.

No, only Connect phone ref. 34440 is compatible and comes with a QR associated with the serial number of the terminal and can therefore be paired. The phone only allows audio call forwarding, not video call forwarding.
