The view request of the outdoor panel camera cannot be performed because the monitor is in use
This error means that a call is already in progress or the monitor screen is on, i.e. the communication channel is busy.
If your WiFi monitor is active (screen on) or another user is viewing from the video door entry camera with the DuoxMe app, a second user will not be able to access it.
In order to establish communication, you need your monitor to be idle (screen off) and/or no other user is viewing the camera through the app.
If you think this is not the case, please check if the auto power on your monitor (not app) is working properly and contact our support through the app in Settings > My account > Contact Fermax.
Unlike analogue video door entry systems, where conversations could be overheard by any neighbour or other person who picked up the handset, digital video door entry systems offer more privacy, among other advantages. No other user can enter the existing communication channel to maintain the secrecy of the conversation.
