Recommended smartphone settings for receiving notifications
Receiving calls on your smartphone is based on receiving push notifications. Smartphone manufacturers limit the actions of applications when they are running in the background, which can lead to push notifications not being received.
Is the app compatible with my phone model?
If you are not receiving notifications, please check the following:
1. Check that your phone is not in power saving mode, Do Not Disturb mode, or any other focus mode.
2. Prevent the app from being stopped in the background. Enable auto-start.
3. Verify that notifications are enabled both in the system settings and in the DuoxMe app.
4. Check that lock screen notifications are enabled.
5. Make sure the DuoxMe application always has an internet connection (that is, that data usage restriction is not enabled). Enable Stay connected when the device is in sleep mode.
6. Disable Battery Optimization for DuoxMe.
Depending on your smartphone model and Android version, the path to these options may vary.
If your mobile rings or vibrates when you receive a call from the outdoor panel but no call notification appears, check the notification settings for your specific mobile model.
