Recommended smartphone settings for receiving notifications

Receiving calls on your smartphone is based on receiving push notifications. Smartphone manufacturers limit the actions of applications when they are running in the background, which can lead to push notifications not being received. Is the app compatible with my phone model?

If you are not receiving notifications, please check the following:
1. Check that your phone is not in power save or do not disturb mode
2. This prevents the app from pausing in the background, enable auto-start.
3. Check that notifications are enabled in both the system settings and Blue settings.
4. Check that lock screen notifications are turned on.
5. Make sure the Blue application is always connected to the network. Enable the ability to stay connected when the device is on standby mode.
6. Disable Battery Optimisation for Blue.

Depending on the model and version of your smartphone, the access method for viewing these options may be different.
