Service Plans for Non-WiFi FERMAX Terminals – Free vs Unlimited

What service plans are available and how much does the service cost?

If you have a NON-WiFi FERMAX terminal, there are two service plans available that differ in terms of tariffs, contracting conditions, billing, functionalities and compatibility with the devices in the homes.

You can choose between:

• The free plan allows a single user per home to access limited functionalities of the service without the need for a subscription.
- 1 single user per home.
- Up to 4 door openings per month.
- Up to 4 call forwarding per month.
- It is not possible to perform an auto-on. That is, viewing the video from the outdoor panel's camera without having received a previous call.
- Call log without capturing images of visits.

• The unlimited plan allows up to 5 users per home to access all the available functionalities of the service without the limitations of the free plan.
- 5 guest users per home.
- Unlimited door openings.
- Unlimited call forwarding.
- Auto-on available.
- Call log with image capture of visits.

You can check the price of the unlimited plan from the app's Settings (gear icon) > Home tab > 💎Plan.

Video display in calls require the home to have a monitor with a screen (FERMAX terminals without a screen, such as the telephone, will not have video available from the app).

Each home has its own service plan, so you can be linked to different plans depending on the homes you are linked to.

For example, you can be subscribed to the unlimited plan in your main residence and have the free plan in your second residence.

Who is responsible for payment?
If you have signed up for the unlimited plan, you will only have to pay if you are the owner user (also known as the admin user) of the home.

Payment is made in the Settings section of the app > Home tab > Plan, using the payment method you have set up in your App Market (Play Store for Android or App Store for Apple).

Guest users do not pay.

Is the subscription automatically renewed?
By default, yes. You can cancel it at any time from the subscriptions section of your app market.

If you have an unlimited plan and cancel it before the next monthly or annual renewal cycle, you will retain access to all features until the end of the subscription period.

When your subscription ends, you will lose access to paid features and all information related to those features. However, you will still be able to use the free plan.
I can't subscribe, in the Plan section of the app the prices do not appear or appear "X"
If, when selecting a plan (monthly or annual), the prices do not appear or you see an “X” and tapping “Continue” does not start the purchase process, this is caused by the regional settings of your App Market account (Google Play or App Store).

Currently, subscriptions can only be purchased in the following countries: Spain, Portugal, Germany, Italy, France, Netherlands, UK, USA, Ukraine, Ireland, Sweden, Czech Republic, Canada and Belgium.

If your App Market account or your active payment method is linked to a country outside this list, the subscription purchase will not be available.
