What are the F1, F2 and concierge functions in the app?

What is the F1, F2 or concierge button for? How can I activate it from the app?

• The F1 function (additional function 1) is used to activate additional functions in your video door entry system, such as opening an additional door, activating a lift, provided they are available in the installation. They require a relay connected to your video door phone installation.

• The F2 function (additional function 2) is used to activate a second additional function and is available on monitors via the on-screen menu. It is necessary to select it from the menu to activate it, the monitor display will show "F2 ON".


• The Concierge function in the DuoxMe app allows you to request a call to the central concierge, if present in the community. If your concierge calls you back later, you can also answer this call from your mobile phone using the DuoxMe app.

How can I activate it in the DuoxMe app?

The additional function F1 and concierge function can be enabled or disabled in the DuoxMe app from Settings (gear icon) > Home tab > F1 Options or Concierge, and you can also select the F1 icon that best suits the functionality installed in your home.

The function F2 is not available in the app.
