How can I link my FERMAX terminal using the app DuoxMe?

You need to use the DuoxMe app to link your FERMAX terminal with your user account. You can complete this by following the steps indicated in the DuoxMe app, click on Add home and select your terminal.

If your terminal is a monitor

1. To move through the monitor menu, turn on the screen by pressing the button MENU.
2. Move through the options with the F1 (left) and VIDEOCAMERA buttons until you reach the connectivity icon.

3. Press KEY button to select.

Depending on the monitor version, the pairing icon may vary in appearance:

5. Once in the connectivity menu, your monitor will display the QR code which you need to scan using the DuoxMe app:

If you have a WIFI🛜 monitor, you will need to select a 2.4GHz WIFI. During the process, a loading screen will appear on the monitor. When the linking is finished, the monitor will show the WIFI symbol activated.

If an error occurs, an error code will appear in the DuoxMe app, and if your terminal is the WIFI model, it will also be displayed on the monitor screen. In that case, please visit our troubleshooting area about pairing.

If your terminal is a telephone

1. Scan the QR code on the sticker on your phone, using the DuoxMe app.

Why does the app ask me for a name for my home?

At the end of the pairing process, you can optionally personalise your home by indicating a name and photo to easily identify it in case you have several associated to your account. The name of the home is the one that will be shown in the incoming call notification alerts from the video door entry system and the one that will be registered in the call events (attended/missed) in the app.
