How can I pair my DUOX monitor using the app?



You need to use Blue app to link your WIFI monitor with your user account and connect it to the Internet. This process is called pairing, you can complete it by following the steps in the app.


1. Select add new video monitor from the Blue app, select a 2.4GHz network to which the monitor will connect and follow the steps to scan the QR on the monitor.
2. To move through the monitor menu, turn on the screen by pressing the button MENU.
3. Move through the options with the F1 (left) and VIDEOCAMERA buttons until you reach the connectivity icon.

4. Press KEY button to select.

5.  Once in the connectivity menu, your monitor will display the QR code which you need to scan using the Blue app :




During the process, a loading screen will appear on the monitor. When the pairing is finished, the monitor will show the WIFI symbol activated. In the event of a fault, an error will appear on the screen and an error text will appear in the Blue app, in which case please visit our help area with the  Pairing .
