How can I pair my FERMAX terminal using the app DuoxMe?
You need to use the DuoxMe app to link your FERMAX terminal with your user account. You can complete this by following the steps indicated in the DuoxMe app, click on Add home and select your terminal.

Depending on the monitor version, the pairing icon may vary in appearance:
5. Once in the connectivity menu, your monitor will display the QR code which you need to scan using the DuoxMe app:
If you have a WiFi🛜monitor, you will need to select a 2.4GHz WiFi.
If an error occurs, a code will appear in the DuoxMe app and, if your terminal is a WiFi model, it will also be displayed on the monitor screen. In this case, please visit our Pairing Troubleshooting section.
IRIS monitor
1. Access the pairing menu from the monitor
On the monitor’s home screen, tap the App icon. If it does not appear amongst the visible shortcuts, swipe the icon menu to display the rest of the available options.
2. Start the pairing process from the DuoxMe app and scan the QR code with the app
Open the DuoxMe app on your mobile phone and tap Add dwelling. Follow the steps in the app and scan the QR code displayed on the monitor using the DuoxMe app.
Additional elements on screen after pairing
Once pairing is complete, the monitor will display an icon in the top right corner to enable/disable call forwarding to the app and information about the WiFi signal received by the monitor, which is useful for verifying that the connection is suitable for use with the app.
Telephone (no screen)
In order to pair a telephone (Fermax terminal without screen), you need to have a Connect outdoor panel installed in your building.
1. Scan the QR code found on the sticker on your phone using the DuoxMe app.
Open the DuoxMe app on your mobile phone and tap Add dwelling. Follow the steps in the app and scan the QR code on the sticker attached to the telephone.
Video viewing and image capture require the home to have a monitor with a screen (FERMAX terminals without a screen, such as the telephone, do not have video available from the app).
