The pairing QR code does not appear on my Fermax video door entry system

My monitor does not have pairing icon or QR

If you do not see the pairing icon in your monitor's menu (the icon may vary in appearance depending on the monitor version), it is because your terminal is a NON-WIFI model. These models require a Connect model outdoor panel installed in your building in order to connect to the app.
If your indoor terminal is a monitor with a screen
If the pairing icon does not appear in your monitor's menu, it means that it is a NON-WIFI model.

NON-WIFI monitors can only connect to the DuoxMe app through a Connect model outdoor panel (if you do not know the model of your panel, we recommend you to ask your installer). In this case, you will need to wait 24-48 hours after installing the video door entry system for the monitor screen to update and display the pairing icon.

If your indoor terminal is a telephone without a screen
If your phone does not have a QR sticker for pairing, please contact your installer or contact our support team via the app.

Please note that you need to have a Connect model outdoor panel installed in your building in order to pair a phone.
