How can I contact the Fermax DuoxMe support team?
If you need to, you can contact Support directly via the DuoxMe app in Settings > General tab > Contact Fermax.
This will allow you to select your preferred email app.
In the email, a text file (log.txt) with useful information (such as the version of the app you are using) will be automatically attached to the email and sent to our support address support.duoxme@fermax.com.
