What does the "No signal" warning in the DuoxMe app mean?

What does the "No signal" warning in the DuoxMe app mean?

This message indicates that the Fermax terminal has lost its internet connection, preventing communication from the app.

The solution depends on your terminal model:
If your terminal is a WIFI🛜 monitor
If the status "No connection" appears in the home, it means that the monitor has lost the WIFI connection.

To regain connectivity from the app, you need to reconnect the monitor to the WIFI. To do this, delete the home in the app from Settings > Home tab > Delete home.

Then, pair it again by tapping on Add video door phone from the main screen.

You can consult the guide on how to pair it in the following article: How do I pair my monitor to the DuoxMe app?
If your terminal is a NON-WIFI model
NON-WIFI models do not have a WiFi chip; the app works thanks to the connectivity of the outdoor panel. Therefore, if the outdoor panel loses its internet connection, you will not be able to access the app or receive calls.

If the app was previously working (the oudoot panel was connected to the internet) and then lost its signal, please contact our support team from the app in Settings - General tab - Contact Fermax to review your case.
