What does the "No signal" warning in the DuoxMe app mean?

This message indicates that the Fermax terminal has lost its internet connection, preventing communication from the app.

The solution depends on your terminal model. How do I know if my device is a WiFi🛜 model or a non-WiFi model?
If your terminal is a WiFi🛜 model
If the status "No connection" appears in the home, it means that the monitor has lost the WiFi connection.

To regain connectivity from the app, you need to reconnect the monitor to the WiFi. To do this, delete the home in the app from Settings > Home tab > Delete home.

Then, pair it again by tapping on Add video door phone from the main screen.

You can consult the guide on how to pair it in the following article: How do I pair my monitor to the DuoxMe app?
If your terminal is a non-WiFi model (Connect 4G)
This model connects via the Connect 4G communal outdoor panel, rather than directly via Wi-Fi.

The app works thanks to the connectivity of the outdoor panel. Therefore, if the video door entry system loses its internet connection, you will not be able to access the app or receive calls.

If the app was previously working (i.e. the outdoor panel had an internet connection) and has subsequently lost its signal, we recommend that you contact our support team support via the app by going to Settings - General tab - Contact Fermax so that our team can review your case in more detail.
