Error 3: Error registering the device in the Fermax cloud

Please restart the router and try the pairing again after a few minutes.

Make sure you have sufficient WIFI coverage to the monitor as this may be causing the error.

In order to check the installed firmware version of your monitor, please contact us through the app in Settings > Genetal tab > Contact Fermax indicating error code 3. We may ask you for a photo of the sticker on the back of the monitor.

We launch automatic updates for all connected monitors, if yours has never been connected to a WiFi network with internet access, it is very likely that it is not up to date.
