Error 1: Error connecting to the Fermax device
This error means that your smartphone has not been able to connect to the access point broadcasted by the monitor ("Fermax-abc123"...) when displaying the QR code. Check that a valid MAC appears under the QR code in the monitor's pairing menu. Does your monitor show an ID instead of a MAC?
How to fix it
• Accept the prompt that will appear on your smartphone to connect to the access point generated by the monitor. Make sure your smartphone can connect to non-internet and/or unknown WIFI networks from your system settings, you can also try pairing with another smartphone.
• If the prompt does not appear, the monitor may be locked: remove it from the wall, reconnect it and repeat the pairing process.
To do this, you must hold the monitor firmly on both sides with your hands on the lower part and use a small amount of force to separate it from the wall, wait 10 seconds and reconnect it as shown in the following image:
• Press the menu button on the monitor 
to exit and re-enter pairing mode, this will generate a new QR code.
