My monitor shows an ID instead of a MAC
If under the QR code in the monitor's pairing menu you see an ID instead of a MAC, it means that your monitor is not WIFI, so you will not be able to pair it with the Blue app even if you have this menu.
To know the model of the monitor, you need to remove it from the wall to see the sticker on the back of the monitor. You can check its reference number on this sticker:

To remove the monitor from the wall, you must hold it firmly on both sides with your hands on the lower part and use a small amount of force to separate it from the wall. To reconnect it, you simply need to re-hang it as shown in the image below:
