My monitor does not have pairing icon

If the pairing icon does not appear in the menu of your monitor, it means that it is a non-WIFI monitor model.

Non-WIFI monitors can be connected to the DuoxMe app through a Connect outdoor panel, in this case you need to wait 24-48h after the installation of the video door entry system for the monitor screen to update and the pairing icon to appear.

Depending on the monitor version, the pairing icon may vary in appearance:



To find out the model of your monitor, you can contact your installer or take it off the wall to check the reference number on the sticker on the back of the monitor.
