What is Image capture?

This function automatically captures a photo 3 seconds after receiving a call from the video door phone, with the date and time it was taken. The monitor can store up to 150 photos, both from answered and missed calls.

How can I activate image capture?

Activating image capture from the monitor

On Fermax devices with a screen, you can enable or disable this feature by pressing the Menu button

> Settings icon (gear) > Camera icon AUTO. The changes will be synchronized with the app after a few moments.

Under the country's data protection legislation, image capture may be restricted. It may also require a sign indicating that the monitor may capture images to be placed next to the outdoor panel.

If you have a WiFi🛜 monitor, you can also enable image capture from the app

If your inside station it's a WIFI model, you can enable the option from the app in Settings > Home > Image capture. By default, the option is disabled.

Only the homeowner can change this setting. Guest users do not have access to this option.

Where can I view the images?

Viewing images from the app

From the app, you can view captured images at any time under the Call log menu. Once a photo has been viewed, it is stored on the mobile device memory.

Images that have not been viewed are stored on the server for a maximum of 30 days. If they are not viewed within that period, they will no longer be available.

Viewing images from the monitor

To view the images stored on the monitor, press the Menu button and select the Images icon. Swipe left or right to browse through all saved images.

Can I delete images from my call log?

Yes, you can remove an image by deleting the corresponding call from the app’s call log.

Please note that even if the image is removed from the app, it will still remain in the monitor’s memory. To remove it completely, you must also delete it directly from the home monitor.

How to delete images from the monitor

Display the image you want to remove and tap the recycle bin icon.

To delete all images at once, press and hold the confirmation button (key icon) for 5 seconds, then press the key icon again to confirm.
