What do the installation's "Network Connection" statuses mean? And "Duox Detection"?

MyConnect displays two key indicators to help you understand the status of your installation:

Nerwork Connection

Indicate whether the Connect panels in the installation have access to the Internet.

Complete: all the panels are connected to the Internet.
Partial: at least one panel does not have Internet connectivity. Call forwarding and remote opening in the DuoxMe app will not work from that panel, but the physical functions will.
Offline: no panel has access to the Internet. Connected functions will not be available. To try to reconnect the panel, you can perform a power reset. This will force a new attempt to connect to the 4G network. When the connection is successfully completed, you will hear the message: "Connection to the network completed".

Duox Detection

Shows whether the installation correctly detects the devices on the Duox bus.

Detected: all devices have been synchronised correctly.
Partial detection: information from at least one device is missing.
Detection loss: information from one or more devices is missing. Why do some devices have lost Duox detection?
