The call is cut off when picking up the call on the VEO monitor. What happens?

Normally, if the audio and video signals are received but the call is cut off within 90 seconds when the call is picked up, this is because the installation has not been adapted correctly. Please check if the adaptations have been installed and configured accordingly (this can happen even if the installation has been working well for a while).
