Error 2: Error connecting the video door phone to the Internet

This error appears when the monitor is unable to connect to the WIFI network, mainly because the provided WIFI network credentials are wrong or a valid 2.4GHz network is not selected.

The monitor supports 2.4GHz WIFI and WPA2, WEP or no password encryption. It connects via DHCP to the wireless router.

Try these troubleshooting steps:

1. Make sure the WIFI network password is correct and the WIFI is WPA2 compliant.
Try forgetting the WIFI on your smartphone and reconnecting to verify that the password is correct.

2. Also check that the WIFI network selected for pairing is 2.4GHz.

3. Make sure your monitor is within range of the wireless router.

4. Try connecting the monitor using a personal WIFI hotspot on another smartphone instead of the router's WIFI network.

Check your router settings if you still have no Internet connection (see Recommended basic WiFi router settings for Blue).
