I cannot register, the code is invalid or has expired
To complete your registration in the app, you need to activate your account using a verification code sent to the email address you provided during the sign-up process.
The code is invalid or has expired
The verification code is valid for a limited time for security reasons. If the message “The code is invalid or has expired” appears, this may be because:
- The code has expired.
- You have requested a new code and are trying to use an old one.
- The code has been entered incorrectly.
To resolve this, you can request a new verification code in any of the following ways:
- By tapping the ‘Send another code’ button on the activation screen.
- Or by repeating the registration process in the app, re-entering your email address and password.
I haven’t received the email to confirm my registration
Once you’ve completed registration, the activation email is usually sent within a few minutes. If you haven’t received it, please check the following points before trying again:
- Wait a few minutes, as some email services may delay delivery.
- Check the spam, junk, promotions or social folders in your inbox.
- Check that you can receive emails normally in that account.
- Request a new code from the app.
- Add the address duoxme.noreply@fermax.com as a safe or trusted sender.
- Check if the problem also occurs with a different email address.
If, after several attempts, you still haven’t received the email, try registering again in a few minutes or contact our support team.
