A few minutes after the sign-up request, the account activation email will be sent from the email blue.noreply@fermax.com. If it doesn't appear in your inbox, check your spam folder and add this email as an approved sender, so that your email service treats it as a trusted user.
You may experience mail reception failures if you are using the following mail domains:
- BTinternet.com
- free.fr
- sfr.fr
- neuf.fr
- BTopenworld.com
If problem persist, try signing up with a different email account (gmail, outlook, etc).
