I don't receive my sign-up confirmation email, what can I do?
After requesting registration, the account activation email will be sent within a few minutes from
duoxme.noreply@fermax.com.
If it does not appear in your inbox, check your spam or junk mail folder and add the address as an approved sender so that your email manager recognises it as trustworthy and does not block it in the future.
You may experience mail reception failures if you are using the following mail domains:
