I can't log in or I haven't received the email to reset my password

If you can’t remember your password, you can log in using the ‘Send link’ option or reset your password via the ‘Forgot my password’ option in the app.

To reset your password, follow these steps:

1. Start the password reset process by tapping ‘Forgot my password’ in the app.
2. Enter the email address you used to register with DuoxMe.
3. Check the recovery email you will have received and enter the code in the app.

After this, enter your new password, ensuring it meets the security requirements.

Once the process is complete, you will be able to log in using your email address as the username and the newly set password.

I haven’t received the password reset email

If you haven’t received the password recovery email, check the following points before trying again:
  1. Wait a few minutes, as some email services may delay delivery.
  2. Check that the email address you entered is the same one you used to register with DuoxMe.
  3. Check the spam, junk, promotions or social folders in your inbox.
  4. Check that you can receive emails normally in that account.
  5. Request a resend of the email via the app.
  6. Add the address duoxme.noreply@fermax.com as a safe or trusted sender.
If, after several attempts, you still haven’t received the email, try requesting the password reset again from the app or contact our support team.
