I can't log in: “User and/or password invalid”

If you get this message when you try to log in, the username or password you have entered is wrong. If you can't remember your password, try recovering it using the Forgotten Password option in the app.

1. Start the password reset process by going to Forgotten Password in the app.
2. Enter the email address that you’ve already registered with Blue.


3. In the email you will receive, click on Recover Password. Remember that you have a limited time after receiving the email to change your password.

The recovery email is sent from the address blue.noreply@fermax.com, if you don't receive it, check your spam folder.


4. Set your new password. Please note that it must meet the following requirements: 
    - it must be at least 8 characters long.
    - for your safety it must include numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters and
    - one of the following characters - / : ; ( ) & @ . , ? ! % *

    The following characters may NOT be used ¿ # _ = \ ¡ $
Once you have reset your new password, you will be able to log in with your email address and the newly set password.
