How many smartphones can I have connected to the same home?
The system allows up to 12 devices to be connected to a single home: 1 administrator user and 5 guest users.
To reach the maximum of 12 devices, you can duplicate the session by using existing guest accounts on different devices.
Answering calls
All connected users receive a call notification when someone calls. The first user to answer will be the one to take the call and start the conversation.
Once the call has been answered, the other devices will stop ringing automatically.
Video preview
Video preview is the live feed displayed on your mobile before you answer a call, and it is available on up to 8 devices simultaneously.
If more than 8 devices are connected, the ninth and subsequent devices will receive the call without video. The video will appear automatically as soon as they answer the call.
For example, the image below shows that, out of a maximum of 12 devices, the first 8 have video preview, whilst the rest do not.
