How can I change the monitor’s WiFi settings?
Remove the dwelling from the DuoxMe app by going to Settings (cog icon) > the Property tab > Delete dwelling. After that, return to the home screen and tap Add dwelling to go through the pairing process again.
How can I disconnect the monitor from the WiFi?
You can disconnect the monitor from the WiFi so that it does not have internet access, either via the app or on the monitor itself, thereby preventing call forwarding.
From the DuoxMe app
Delete the property via the DuoxMe app by going to Settings (cog icon) > the Property tab > Delete dwelling.
This will remove the pairing and disconnect the monitor from the WiFi.
From the physical monitor

IRIS Smart monitor
On the Smart monitor from the IRIS range, the WiFi connection is independent of the link to the DuoxMe app. This allows the monitor to be connected to a WiFi network to access web services and functions that require an internet connection, even if the device is not linked to a DuoxMe account.
Disable or remove the network from the monitor
To access the WiFi settings and options, select the WiFi icon to open the wireless connection settings menu. If the WiFi icon does not appear amongst the visible options, swipe the icon menu to display the rest of the available functions.
You can temporarily disable the WiFi connection using the toggle switch in the top right-hand corner. When the switch changes colour from blue to grey, the WiFi connection will be disabled.
If you wish to permanently remove the WiFi network to which the monitor is connected, select the Forget this network option. The monitor will no longer be associated with that network and you will need to set it up again to reconnect.
