Can I open the door directly even if I there is no call?
Yes, with DuoxMe you can open the door directly from the main view without activating the camera first. Just tap the key button.
- If you only have one door configured, pressing the button will open it immediately.
- If you have multiple doors, to display them on the main view you need to add them from Settings > Home > Main doors. You can learn how in this article: What are the Main doors in the app?
You can also open any door while watching the video. To do this, tap the camera button and switch to the camera/door you want to open.
Confirm opening feature
If you have the optional Confirm Opening feature enabled, the app will ask you to verify the action using your smartphone’s unlock method (password or PIN, pattern, fingerprint, or facial recognition). This adds an extra layer of security. You can enable or disable it in the app under Settings > General > Confirm Opening.
