The DuoxMe app info image is displayed when a synchronisation process is initiated between the app and the outdoor panel, provided that the monitor correctly receives the signal. Each time a Connect amplifier is powered on, it periodically sends an activation command over the bus.
Once activated, the image will appear after picking up or dropping the call.
Depending on the firmware version of the monitor, one image or another will appear.
Is it possible to remove it so that it no longer appears?
No, it is not possible to delete or modify it.
