What is Fermax DuoxMe and where can I download the app?
Fermax DuoxMe is a free Android and iOS app that you can use to receive and answer calls made to your FERMAX video door entry system with DUOX technology.
With Fermax DuoxMe, from your mobile and wherever you are, you will be able to see who is at the door, answer and open the door. In order to use this video door entry call forwarding service you must have a DUOX WIFI monitor in your home, or a DUOX terminal with a Connect panel and follow the simple steps that you will find in the app.
Where can I download the app?
The DuoxMe app is available for free download via the mobile app shops, either Google Play or Apple Store.
You can find the app by searching for "Fermax DuoxMe" in your app shop or access via the following icons.
What does DUOX mean?
DUOX is the type of video door entry system technology. Fermax has several types of video door entry system technologies available. If you are not sure which technology you have installed, you can check on the sticker on the back of the monitor or ask your community manager or installer.
