What coverage is required on the WIFI monitor for optimal call forwarding?

For optimal operation in the DuoxMe app, the WIFI monitor needs 3 WIFI signal lines.

You can check the signal received on your monitor by pressing the menu button and checking the WIFI connectivity icon on the bottom right.

This icon shows the signal strength level, from among the following:

If the coverage is less than 3 lines, it is recommended to improve the WIFI signal, even if the monitor is close to the router, as obstacles or interference may affect the quality of the connection.

During a call forwarded to the mobile phone, the monitor also needs to have free bandwidth on the network it is connected to:
  1. 0.150 Mbps in download direction
  2. 0.5 Mbps in the upstream direction
The upload speed determines how fast the monitor can send audio and video to the smartphone. If the network is busy with other services (such as streaming music, video on demand, etc.), the quality of the forwarded call may be affected.

It is also necessary that the mobile phone has an adequate connection, either via WIFI or mobile data:
  1. 0.150 Mbps upstream
  2. 0.5 Mbps in download direction
This ensures that the device can correctly receive the audio and video sent from the monitor.
