[WAY-FI PLUS] ‘CONNECTION FAILED’ when configuring the Way-Fi Plus kit monitor ref 1571.

If the following error is displayed when starting up the wayFi Plus Kit monitor ref 1571: ‘Connection failed’, this may be due to the following possible causes: 


1-. Cable loose from the outdoor panel.
The system does not detect the panel and therefore does not allow to finish configuring the monitor. The error appears just after selecting the Time Location (London, for example)... whether we configure the WIFI or not. 



Solution: Check wiring. If we rewire everything correctly, the error ‘Connection failed’ disappears and we can configure our monitor successfully, as it is due to the system not detecting the panel. 

2-. When the outdoor panel is closed, the wiring hose presses the reset button on the outdoor panel (the panel beeps). Attached is a video. ‘Connection Failed’. 



Solution: open the outdoor panel and try to configure the monitor again by resetting the power supply before the installation. Attached video. ‘ Solution to Connection failed’.
