[SEE-U] Where to install the varistors in the SEE-U kit ref 1391
The SEE-U kit ref. 1391 includes a small bag containing 2 varistors. The main function of these varistors is to prevent reverse currents caused by the door release coil, which can lead to malfunctions and damage in the outdoor panels.
12V DC door release with a maximum current consumption of 250mA.
In SEE-U kit installations that include a 12V DC (direct current) door release with a maximum consumption of 250mA, one of the varistors should be installed on the door release terminals as indicated below.

12V AC door release or door release with a current consumption higher than 250mA.
In SEE-U kit installations that include a 12V AC (alternating current) door release or a door release with a current consumption higher than 250mA, one of the varistors should be installed on the C and NO terminals of the outdoor panel, and the other on the door release terminals, as indicated below.
