In order to make the panels with frame
sizes S8 to S10 sturdy and to prevent sinking any module in the central position when pressed.
The part, made of 2.5mm stainless steel, will act as a turnbuckle to prevent the Skyline S8-S10 frames from opening in the middle.
Due to the tolerances of the frames themselves, (±0.3mm) in some cases the tool will fit loosely and in other cases it will be necessary to exert pressure to fit it.
The assembly sequence of this part is as follows:
1) Place
the piece approximately in the centre of the frame as shown in the image. To
avoid scratching the plate with the piece, it is recommended to handle it from
the back side.
2) Insert
the workpiece first into the side groove while it is turned as shown in the
picture above. Do not force it . It only fits in
the most central circle slot with a width of 3mm to fit the 2.5mm.
3) Once inside the first side, turn the piece until it enters the opposite slot and is perpendicular to the sides as shown in the following image.
4) Turn the piece 90º towards the back, leaving it perpendicular to the
frame. It is very important to help yourself with your hand by exerting
pressure on the sides so that the piece turns more smoothly
5) The Modules can now be assembled.
The part can be moved or repositioned if it interferes with any of them or
hinders the assembly.
