On MeetMe, how can I recover my login password?

If you cannot remember your password, you can recover it using the "Forgot my password" option in the app. To do so, follow the steps below:

1. Start the password recovery process by clicking on forgot my password on the app's log in screen.

 

2. Then enter the email address you used to register with MeetMe. 

 

3. Open your email, go to the email you received, and write down the code.
Warning
Avoid clicking on the link or code, as a URL may be copied. The best option is to write it down.

4. Enter a new password that meets the following requirements:
    - At least 8 characters.
    - At least 1 lowercase letter.
    - At least 1 uppercase letter.
    - At least 1 number.
    - Any of the following characters - / : ; ( ) & @ . , ? ! % * 

    The following characters cannot be used:  ¿  # _ = \ ¡ $
Once the process is complete, you will be able to log in with your email address as your username and the password you have just set.
