For iOS: check that the WIFI entered in the app is 2.4GHz, as the app automatically fills in the name of the WIFI to which the mobile is currently connected, and it is likely that the mobile is connected to 5GHz.If you don't know what your 2.4GHz WIFI is, check the sticker on your router, its configuration, or contact your network provider.
If the monitor can connect to a mobile hotspot, the device is able to connect to a WIFI, but not to your network. In this case, check your WIFI settings or contact your network provider for assistance.
If the monitor does not connect to the mobile access point, in order to help you contact us from the app in Settings > General tab > Contact Fermax.
