My account has been unlinked or deleted, why?

My account has been unlinked or deleted, why?

If you have received the following email: "Administrator account unlinked" or "Invitation deleted", it means that one of the following options has occurred:

- a new pairing has been made with your monitor
- the home has been deleted from the app.
- the user who has performed the pairing (administrator) has deleted your invitation to the dwelling

When someone performs the pairing process again from the same monitor, the former administrator of the home (i.e. the account they were paired with) and former guest users are unlinked from this home, receiving this notification by email. They will also receive this e-mail if the administrator deletes the users from their home.
