Minimum Android and iOS versions supported for our apps

As new versions and features are released in operating systems, it's necessary to adjust the range of supported versions to take advantage of improvements in performance, security, and compatibility.

Example (2025):
With the addition of support for iOS 26 and Android 16, the minimum recommended versions are updated to:

  1. iOS 24 (instead of iOS 23)
  2. Android 12 (instead of Android 11)
Although our apps may still work on older versions like iOS 22 or Android 10, we do not guarantee full technical support or compatibility. In such cases, support will be limited, and some features may not work properly or may be unavailable.

This approach allows us to keep our apps up-to-date, secure, and aligned with the technologies most used by our users.

End of Availability on Older Versions

Additionally, to align with the end-of-life of operating system versions, each annual update may result in the app becoming unavailable on very old versions.

Continuing the previous example (2025) the app will no longer be available on:

  1. iOS 16 and earlier
  2. Android 8 and earlier
This means that on devices running these versions, the app will no longer appear in the app store.

How to Check If Your Device Version Is Compatible

On iOS (App Store):
Search for the app → scroll down to “App Information” → check the Compatibility field.

On Android (Google Play Store):
Search for the app → go to “About this app” → check the Requires Android field.
