[MEET] Start-up of board with license 1496, without MEET monitor

To configure your door panel to make calls to your smartphone, make sure it meets the following requirements.

  • You must have two licences, one must be stuck to the back of the MEET panel and the other must be (ref. 1496 MEET ME CALL DIVERT LICENSE WITHOUT TERM 1 APART | FERMAX)
  • The panel must have an internet connection with an upload speed of more than 3 Mbps.
  • If the panel is connected to a 4G router, we recommend configuring the call forwarding via TLS. This configuration can be done from V3.6 onwards.

How to configure the street panel:

  1. In the GENERAL menu, configure the panel as shown in the image.
  2. Put the panel in the router's network range. You can watch the following video until minute 3:50
  3. Configure the SIP menu with the licence that comes attached to the panel. It can be configured by UDP (left image) or by TLS if there is a 4G router as in the image on the right. Remember to set the SIP server to sip:sip.fermax.com:4443
  1. The next step is to configure the additional license ref 1496 on the board. To do this, go to the SIP CALL menu:
    1. In the APARTMENT box, enter the number configured in APARTMENT in the general menu.
    2. In the number box, enter the address 'sip:(licenciaref1496_user)@sip.fermax.com'
    3. Remember that the call will only work if the panel is correctly registered with the street board license. As shown in the image, REGISTERED should appear in green when you click on VIEW SIP STATUS.
