[MEET] KIN 1L panel settings to call the concierge.

In this guide we will find the settings that must be configured in the KIN panel to call exclusively to a concierge desk and making a call as a KIN 1L panel. Remember that the IP's of the devices must be previously configured, they must have internet access and have the licenses registered in the SIP option. The main reason for this is to have also the facial recognition feature in the KIN panel.

Panel Settings.

GENERAL Option

Set the panel as 1W Panel and assign Block, Apartment and Device number. Additionally, modify the Concierge option to Zero (0).

SIP Option

The Stun Port is changed to zero (0) and the rest of the necessary configurations for SIP activation. Once it is configured, we save and enable the Enable SIP option:

SIP CALL Option

To enable the panel to call the concierge, you have to download the CSV file and assign the apartment and the number cell. As in the GENERAL section we have assigned the Apartamento 1, we have to assign the Apartment 1000001 and in the Number cell fill with the licence sip:0123456@sip.fermax.com.

Exporting CSV file

Modifying the CSV File

Note: It is recommended to open the CSV file in a notepad for the changes to be made correctly.

Importing CSV file

After saving the file, in the SIP option of the panel, select the CSV file that has been modified and click on the IMPORT button. A confirmation window will appear, and the modified configurations will be established.

Then, there will appear the data imported from the CSV File:

Concierge Settings

General Options.

In the GENERAL option, it is assigned as Block Concierge. In the case of the REF F95391 guard unit, activate the Backward Compatibility checkbox.

Previously, the respective settings are made in the SIP option.

With these settings, the KIN panel will be able to call the concierge directly.
