[MEET] If you do not receive a call from the monitor

[MEET] If you do not receive a call from the monitor

To resolve the issue, we need to check the following points:

  • The panel and monitor(s) must be connected to the same router and the IP addresses assigned to them must be within the router's address range.
  • If the panel is configured as a block panel, both the monitor and the panel must be on the same block number. This can be checked by entering the panel's IP address in the browser and accessing the General menu.
  • The main monitor in the apartment must be configured as Monitor number 0. This will be the main monitor and the only one where call forwarding to the MeetMe app is configured.
  • If it still does not work, check that the tab in the image is in the standard position.
  • If it still does not work, isolate the monitor and the street panel from the home router connection and leave the devices connected to the switch via the POE outputs.
