The MEET system panels feature a tamper-proof safety push-button located on the rear.

Operation

Once the panel is powered up, pressing this button causes the unit to immediately emit a high-intensity audible alarm, designed to alert the owners to any tampering or attempted theft of the installation.

Important

This button may be activated unintentionally if the panel is not correctly installed and secured.

For this reason, it is essential to secure the panel using the fixing screw supplied, ensuring that the button remains correctly pressed once installation is complete.

Note: Incorrect fixing of the plate may cause the tamper alarm to be triggered accidentally, even if there is no actual attempt at theft or vandalism.

Correct installation must be carried out in accordance with the instructions set out below.
