If I have another home, can I manage both? Is there a limit?
Yes, you can manage multiple homes from the app, as long as they are compatible with the DuoxMe system.
To add a new home, go to Settings (gear icon) > General tab > Add House, and follow the steps provided by the app to pair the new home.
Once configured, you’ll be able to answer calls from all your homes through the app.
Is there a limit?
- If your FERMAX terminal is a NON-WIFI model, you can manage up to 3 homes per DuoxMe account.
- If your terminal is the WIFI🛜 model, there is no limit to the number of homes.
