If you get the following message when you try to log in:
"An error has occurred, if the user already exists try to recover the password"
you may have already registered that email account with Blue. In this case, recover your password using the Forgotten Password option in the app to regain access to the account. There is no need to re-register. Once you have reset your new password, you will be able to log in with your email address and the newly set password.
