How do I log in to the app?
To log in to the DuoxMe app, you must enter the email address and password you gave when you signed up. If you have forgotten your password you can reset it from the Forgotten Password link, or if you have not registered yet in the app, you must Create an account.
Why do I have to register with an e-mail account?
By registering with your email account, your monitor will be linked to this account during the pairing process. This account will be your primary credential for:
- Use call forwarding.
- Answer video door phone calls from the app in a secure and personalised way.
This way, we ensure that only you have access to the advanced features and management of your device.
